Financial Management (FMS)

FMS is Designed to Assist You in Managing the Financial Side of Your Care and Relieve You of Worry Regarding the Following Items:

• Medical Billing: LovingTouch will bill Medicaid on your client’s behalf.
• Payroll Processing: LovingTouch will collect time from the state-contracted timekeeping system, use that data to create paychecks, and pay the worker (using state funds) on your behalf.
• Tax Filing and Other Payments: LovingTouch will withhold payroll taxes, make Federal and State taxes and other required payments, and issue W4s at the end of the year on your behalf.
• Worker Set-up: LovingTouch will conduct background checks to clear the worker for employment and ensure that your worker has completed the required State employment paperwork, is trained on the EVV system and is capable of performing the State required duties.
• Provide Support as Necessary: LovingTouch will Support the Client as the employer in obtaining training and other materials necessary for them to train and manage their worker/s.
